plainDelete your Plainstamp account
For the Plainstamp website and the Plainstamp Android app
In the app or on the website:
- Sign in at app.plainstamp.com (or open the Plainstamp app).
- Go to Settings → Sign-in & security.
- Scroll to Delete my account, type your email address to confirm, and tap Delete my account for good.
Can't sign in? Email hello@plainstamp.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What's deleted
- Your sign-in, your profile (name and email), your notification settings and your phone notification addresses, right away.
- Any workspace you're the only person in, with everything in it: tasks, bills, transactions, vendors, files and photos. A paid subscription on it is cancelled.
What stays
- Work you did in a workspace other people still use (tasks, comments, files you added) stays there for them, without your name.
- If you own a workspace other people are in, make another admin the owner first (Team page → Make owner), so your team keeps their office.
- Billing records we must keep for tax purposes, for as long as the law requires.
- Backups roll off within 30 days.
